ROBERT (BOB) WAGNER
Vice President of Finance and Insurance Operations
Robert graduated from Texas A&I with a bachelor's degree in education. He then attended Our Lady of the Lake University to obtain a Master of Education. He taught and coached in San Antonio for 12 years. Robert then joined AIG (American General) in 1980.
Robert is a managing principal of National Financial Alliance, LLC. During his 27 years in the financial service industry, his firm has achieved numerous awards. The most prestigious being the Legion of Honor given in 2002. Robert focuses on the development of new advisors by leading from the front and knowing when to push from behind. He helps clients determine their financial goals and educates them on programs they can use to reach them.
Robert married his high school sweetheart, Garnett, on May 31, 1969. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

Reagan graduated from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in chemistry. Following graduation, Reagan worked as a project leader for the environmental department of a large corporate chain in San Antonio from 1997 to 2004. In 2007, he partnered with his father, Bob Wagner, and Joel Swinehart to create National Financial Alliance, LLC.
Reagan is also CEO and managing principal of Strategic Financial Concepts, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory firm where he holds his Series 65 license. He holds his Life and Health Insurance licenses along with his Series 6, 7, 63 and 24 licenses. Reagan's financial practice is a goals-based practice focused on estate and wealth planning for clients with a net worth of $5 million or more.
Reagan has been married since 1999 to the love of his life, Deborah. They have three wonderful children: Rylan, Robert, and Addison. They are actively involved in the community through sports, 4H, boy scouts and their local church.

Kristen graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance, Magna Cum Laude. She holds her Life and Health Insurance license with National Financial Alliance. She holds her Series 6, 7, 63, and 24 licenses with LPL Financial. She holds her Series 65 registration with Strategic Financial Concepts, LLC. Kristen became partner of NFA and SFC in 2016.
Kristen joined the firm in 2004 where she worked as an advisor for the organization, in the education and family market. In 2007, she accepted the role of director of operations for Strategic Financial Concepts, LLC - our RIA firm. She accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2010, where she currently oversees all four operational divisions. She is constantly providing education and knowledge to the staff to help them excel with our firm. Her goal is to continue growing NFA Wealth Management, NFA Institutional Services and Strategic Financial Concepts divisions.
Kristen married Brian Wagner in 2009. Together they are very active in the San Antonio community. In August 2012, Kristen and Brian welcomed a son, Dylan Scott Wagner.

Richard Schleicher is a lifetime resident of San Antonio, Texas. He married the love of his life, Michele, in 1998. Together, they have three handsome boys, Chad, Ryan and Cody.
Richard worked in the construction field for six years. After his third year in construction, he began building his financial service practice on a part-time basis. He became full time in the finance industry in January of 1986 and has been in the business for over 30 years with his good friend, coach and mentor of 39 years, Robert Wagner. Mr. Taylor has served on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana Agents Advisory Board, the National Field Advisory Board and the Alliance Advisory Board for the American General Agency Building Group. He currently serves as a board member for the Louisiana Technology Council and the Louisiana State Associations of Barbers and Cosmetologist. Steve’s career in the financial services industry spans more than two decades, beginning with a Citigroup affiliate in Oklahoma City in 1988. In 1989, in addition to becoming an LPL Registered Representative, Steve earned both his FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 Investment Representative securities registrations, held with LPL. In 1995, Steve added the distinction of Series 26 Limited Registered Principal securities registration, held with LPL. In the years that followed, Steve earned his Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law registration (held with Strategic Financial Concepts) and his Series 7 General Securities Representative registration (held with LPL), as well as receiving the designation of Certified Estate Planner from the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners.

Following graduation, he worked in the oil & gas industry for two years until he found an opportunity to pursue his passion for investments & planning and joined a Fortune 500 asset management firm in 1998. It was here Robert began his career as a regional investment consultant working with independent advisors across the mid-west. In 2005, Robert studied at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, PA where he achieved his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) Designation. In 2010, Robert left the asset management firm and joined LPL Financial, to follow his dream of helping people plan for and invest in their future. Robert married the love of his life, Melanie, in 1994 and currently reside in Katy, Texas where they are raising their 3 wonderful children, Catherine, Daniel, and Amelia.

Shane became interested in finance around the age of 12 when he noticed his step-father, an independent financial advisor, had the freedom to work either at home or at his office and was able make a very good living by helping others realize their financial goals.
After finishing high school, Shane attended Texas State University and received his bachelor’s degree in finance. He enjoyed the mental exercise of solving various financial problems and determining the best possible outcomes.
After graduation, Shane worked in the real estate title business for a few years while his wife, Nikki, attended law school at South Texas College of Law. Shane and Nikki have two children, Griffin and Gracyn. In 2013, the Millers moved to Boerne to be closer to family and enjoy the Texas Hill Country. Nikki now runs a successful law practice in Boerne where she practices in the areas of business and estate planning.

Jonathan joined the financial services industry in 2002 and spent the first few years of his career working for a large retail bank with a team of advisors and bankers managing high net-worth clients. Seeking a more boutique firm focused on clients, Jonathan spent the next seven years working for an independent firm where he honed his skills in the fixed-income arena, specializing in providing taxable and tax-free income ideas. As a native Texan, Larry grew up on a cattle ranch in the hill country of Central Texas. Tracey has been an associate with National Financial Alliance since October 23, 2000. She came to us with 13 years of experience in the corporate field. Tracey focuses on being the liaison between agents and insurance carriers. Her responsibilities are, but not limited to: assisting agents in submitting and tracking new business, training and instructing agents on how to run quotes, training agents on navigation for the online venues for numerous carriers and managing agent commissions on the life side of the business. She has excellent communication skills and enjoys assisting agents in growing their business.

Leah currently works as a liaison for high net worth clients. She reports directly to the president and CEO, and provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Leah assists with maintaining financial plans for high net worth clients and plays a key role in managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients. Leah also serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to NFA.
Adam Straseske has served in the financial services industry for over a dozen years. He leverages his experience to add value to the NFA Wealth Management, LLC and Strategic Financial Concepts, LLC as a compliance officer for numerous states. In this role, he is one of the senior compliance officers with duties including reviewing records, services and investment recommendations by the fee based and broker based financial advisors.
He started at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and shortly thereafter went independent. Adam’s focus at Texas Private Asset Management is portfolio management and option strategies; He loves seeing a plan come together. Adam has earned his Chartered Market Technician designation and is a member of the Market Technicians Association and various civic clubs.

Debbie has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving in various capacities. In her current position she establishes new relationships with non-affiliated financial institutions and has oversight for transition, implementation, recruiting and training. She has provided in-depth value by helping manage some of the biggest challenges facing community financial institutions today.

Brad graduated from Texas Tech University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning, an industry leading and top Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Program. He is involved in client management, administering the client management system, maintaining files, rebalancing accounts, building plans, running performance reports, and assisting the Managing Principals and COO. He assists with administrative tasks while working towards the certifications needed to serve clients. Brad is also working toward his CFP.

Belinda was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from South San High School and attended Palo Alto College. Belinda joined National Financial Alliance in June 2016. Her duties include, but are not limited to: assisting clients and advisors with their program needs, meeting with clients and advisors to help complete documentation and being a knowledgeable resource for both clients and advisors. She is eager to help and always strives for customer service excellence.
Nichole joined The National Financial Alliance in September of 2017. At The NFA Corporate Office, Nichole is one of the administrative assistants. Nichole's job duties include being a liaison between clients and advisors, assisting with corporate event planning and day to day office responsibilities. She handles anything that clients and advisors may need assistance with.
Sierra graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in December of 2018 where she obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Management. She joined the NFA team in February of 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. Some of her duties include: Assisting clients and advisors with their premier program needs, greeting and serving all guests who enter the corporate office, answering and directing phone calls, marketing, maintaining files, and ensuring all information on the company website is up to date.
Ashlea is currently attending the University of Texas at San Antonio. At UTSA she is working to complete a Bachelor of Arts in special education, with a minor in psychology. Ashlea joined National Financial Alliance in June of 2015. Her duties include: preparing client reviews, paying commissions, composing quarterly reports, assisting Leah with high net-worth clients, filing corporate documents, handling client agreements and answering phones.
Wesley graduated from Luling High School in 1990. He attended Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in animal science. Wes joined National Financial Alliance in 2012 as an administrative assistant. Wesley's duties include: assisting with life insurance quotes and applications, filing corporate documents and assisting the COO.
